Use of Customer Information MDDT respects the privacy of its visitors and takes steps to prevent unauthorized disclosure of information to third parties. "Customer Information" includes any and all information received by MDDT from visitors to the Site. Research and Measurement Activities Information that MDDT collects about you may be combined by MDDT with other information available to MDDT through third parties for research purposes, including analyzing the effectiveness of content, advertising or programs. This information from other sources may include age, gender, demographic, geographic, personal interests, product purchase activity or other information. MDDT may report aggregate information, which is not able to be identified back to an individual user of the Site, to our current or prospective advertisers and other business partners. Do Not Track Browser Settings At this time, there are no worldwide uniform or consistent industry standards or definition for responding to, processing, or communicating "Do No Track" signals. As a result, the Site is unable to respond to "Do No Track" signals. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Policy, and MDDT's collection and use of customer information, shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of this Policy shall be adjudicated in a court of competent jurisdiction in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Governing Language Any translation of this Policy is done for local requirements and in the event of a dispute between the English and any non-English versions, the English version of this License Agreement shall govern.
Security MDDT is committed to preventing others from unauthorized access to the personal information you provide to MDDT, and we maintain commercially reasonable procedures and technology designed for this purpose. The Site has reasonable technical and organizational security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information under MDDT's control. However, MDDT cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those security measures. Although MDDT cannot guarantee that its systems are 100% secure 100% of the time, MDDT periodically updates and tests its technology in order to improve the protection of customer information. MDDT suggests that you install anti-virus software on your computer and routinely check for viruses, keyloggers, spyware and other programs that may become installed on your computer without your permission. If you believe that you have received a virus from MDDT, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may take remedial measures to remove the virus.
